A printed book of transcriptions 1571-1850 was published in 1911 and had been scanned and made available online. This has now disappeared and access to an online scan via the Hathi Trust is US-only. However, the following is Shotley transcriptions in a Google Docs spreadsheet. Author unknown, unless it’s a spreadsheet-version of the book.
