Stray

  • Edward son of Edward and Mary Foster of the “Hive Parish”, Colchester, was baptised in Long Melford on 8th June 1690. This is presumably the Hythe, which is another name for St Leonard’s. Sarah daughter of John and Sarah Foster was baptised at Long Melford a couple of weeks before Edward, and they may be from the same family of Fosters.
