  • Gap: no burials for 1777.
  • Some Fingringhoe families appear in the registers for Wivenhoe Independent/Congregational chapel.
  • There are marriages for many Fingringhoe residents at Colchester All Saints (late 1600s/early 1700s).
  • Fingringhoe stray: on 17 April 1691, Edward Cooke, a widower of Fingringhoe, married Elizabeth Cooke of Kersey. The marriage took place in Kersey.

Note: Groom abodes and marital status in groom list only, and brides vice versa.

Note: Groom abodes and marital status in groom list only, and brides vice versa.

1837-1957

Marriages for 1837-1957 can be searched for at FreeREG. The marriages contain a lot of information, so it is very time-consuming to create legible, logical spreadsheets for them. I might include a surname index at some point, rather than the full transcriptions.
